Return & Refund Policy

At UGREEN Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or wrong upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)


3. How to Request a Return

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via phone, email, or Messenger.

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if damaged).

  3. Our team will review and confirm the return eligibility.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).

  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bKash or Nagad only.


5. Exchange Option

If you prefer, you may choose to exchange the product instead of getting a refund (subject to stock availability).


6. Delivery Cost for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the delivery cost.

  • If returned for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
