At UGREEN Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

The item is defective, damaged, or wrong upon delivery.

The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:

Items without original packaging or invoice

Damaged items caused by customer misuse

Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Return
Please follow these steps:

Contact our support team via phone, email, or Messenger.

Provide order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if damaged).

Our team will review and confirm the return eligibility.
4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bKash or Nagad only.
5. Exchange Option
If you prefer, you may choose to exchange the product instead of getting a refund (subject to stock availability).
6. Delivery Cost for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the delivery cost.

If returned for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
